Copyright Infringement - warnings

Just a quick warning to back up the Rules of the Road posting -

NOTE - DO NOT POST ANYTHING ABOUT COPYRIGHT BUSTING OR LICENSE INFRINGEMENT!  In example, your Mio comes with a license for specific maps, do not discuss here how to bust that license and/or use maps which are not authorized under that license.  I give one warning only in situations such as this, and repeated offenses will get a member banned quite rapidly.  Please respect Mio and their product and steer away from this behavior, it'll do you no good.  End of rant...

Let me add to that, the ogg and other audio files, especially voice files, are copyrighted material.  You can freely create your own voice and audio files, as I've done on my Mio, but you can NOT modify the files you have, or have purchased, as that busts the copyright and you are making yourself a target of legal action by admitting and posting your actions on a public forum.  This is damn serious.  You want to start a discussion group regarding activities such as this, you do it off line, not on my forums!!!  Demsdarules...

Not the case here, I spoke to the CEO of the company filing the complaint and they singled out a new member of our forums.  He/She's since been banned along with complaints filed with their ISP.
